Dr. Roger D. Fannin

Roger D. Fannin, O.D., is the founder of Family Vision Health Center. He has practiced optometry in Grayson, Kentucky since 1984.

Dr. Fannin holds a Bachelor of Science degrees from Morehead State University and the University of Alabama in Birmingham. In 1983, he received his Doctorate of Optometry degree from the University of Alabama in Birmingham School of Optometry.

Dr. Fannin was named "2005 Medical Professional of the Year" by the Grayson Area Chamber of Commerce.

Current professional memberships include the American Optometric Association and the Kentucky Optometric Association. He is actively involved in the Grayson Area Chamber of Commerce and Grayson Lions Club, as well.

Dr. Fannin’s interests include kayaking, hunting, fishing and photography. He and his family live in Grayson and are active members of Oak Grove Church of Christ.

Dr. Mary C. Payton

Dr. Payton is a lifelong resident of Ironton, Ohio and a graduate of The Ohio State College of Optometry. She completed a Residency in Ocular Disease at the VA Medical Center in Huntington, WV.

Dr. Payton offers vision and eye health care for all ages, including the diagnosis and treatment of Glaucoma and diabetic eye disease. She also provides preschool vision exams, contact lens fittings, LASIK consultation and emergency eye care.
